Data we collect: contact details (name, email, phone) at enquiry; training history, injury background, lifestyle constraints, and (with explicit consent) progress photographs, used solely to design and progress your programme.

How we use it: programme design, scheduling, payment processing, and legally required record-keeping. We never sell data and never share with third parties for marketing.
