Wear training clothing and trainers and bring a water bottle. Come ready to talk through your training history, performance goals, and any injuries or constraints, so the block can be built around your real starting point. There is nothing to complete beforehand — the free first session is the assessment.

Each block ends with a clear sense of what was developed and why, and the programme progresses as your capacity builds. We review at agreed intervals and load only what the body has earned, so the gains hold for years rather than fading once the block ends.
